Parker Industrial Supply is the largest stocking distributor of fasteners and industrial supplies in the Southeast US. Specializing, but not restricted to, the installation and maintenance of vendor managed inventory (VMI) systems, we pride ourselves on stocking and maintaining high inventory levels of all of your fastening, metalworking, safety, welding, machining, plumbing, and maintenance needs on our shelves. By having our stock levels high, we cut down on lead-time and prevent stock-outs for our customers. Our end goal is to make our customers more efficient through the elimination of stockouts and the decrease in both explicit and implicit costs that their work requires.
Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Parker Industrial Supply can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via store credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by Parker Industrial Supply. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit.

If you’re missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be located in our system within 30 days of purchase.

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Parker Industrial Supply. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery and Special Shipped Items). Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
